As a single mother, I was struggling with parenting burnout and feeling overwhelmed by the demands of raising two young children on my own. Through therapy and self-care practices, I was able to prioritize my needs and establish healthy boundaries, which allowed me to become more present and engaged with my children. Today, I am proud of the progress I have made and feel grateful for the renewed joy and energy I have found in motherhood.
